Ultra Europe Festival Split

Ultra Europe Festival Split is one of the biggest and most famous festivals of electronic music in all of Europe. It is hosted by the city of Split, and Islands of Hvar, Vis, and Brač. The main part of Ultra Europe Festival Split takes place in Split at the Poljud stadium. The party then moves and continues thanks to beach parties at the islands. The festival started in 2014 and it lasted three days, two of which took place in Split and one at the island of Hvar.

Ultra Europe Festival Split via vacationsOver the years the Ultra Europe Festival Split grew and in 2016 the 4th edition of it featured over 160 DJs, ranging from local DJ, regional stars to world famous DJs such as David Guetta, Afrojack, Hardwell, Martin Garix, Markus Schulz and others. The 2016 edition lasted since 14th of July until 20th of July making it the longest Ultra Europe Festival Split to date. Split, Stadium Poljud, and islands of Hvar, Brač and Vis were the home of over 150 thousands of electro music fans from all over the world. Split’s airport had over 90 thousand people come in on inbound flights during the festival in 2016, and over 60% of those came from outside of the European Union, effectively showing that the festival is famous worldwide and that electro music is one of the biggest draws in the world.

Brač and its world famous Zlatni Rat beach hosts the Ultra Yacht Regatta. There people can combine best of two worlds, sailing and electro music. It is a unique experience that can’t be found anywhere else. After that, the party moves to the island of Hvar, which is famous for being the sunniest place in all of Croatia. There you can enjoy yet another beach party that features world famous DJs. And last but not least, the party moves to Vis. Vis is an island of exceptional natural beauty, and as such it offers an ideal background for the last day of the experience.
